Blend Garbanzo beans until shredded. Mix everything in a bowl. You can always add more or less of the ingredients, per your preference. Chill and serve.

Chop tomatoes, onion, and basil leaves.
Combine the tomatoes, onion, oil, basil, and salt in a covered bowl.
Allow to marinate about 4 hours.

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined but leave a bit of chunkiness to the ingredients. If desired, strain some of the liquid from the salsa. Serve.
